1.       Open the Settings app.
2.       Open General Settings
3.       Scroll down and tap on Restrictions
4.       Turn on or Enable iPhone Restrictions Settings
5.       Setup a Passcode for Restrictions Settings.
6.       Confirm iPhone Restrictions or Parental Control Passcode.
7.       Scroll down and tap on Websites.
8.       Tap on Limit Adult Content.
9.       Under NEVER ALLOW, tap on Add a website.
10.   Enter the full URL of the website to be blocked. (eg., www.facebook.com or something else).
11.   Tap on done and Safari will Block Added Websites.
