Using Find My iPhone feature on Your iPhone
This feature only works if you enabled Find my iPhone feature on your iPhone. this feature helps you to erase and reset or unlock your iPhone forgotten password by deleting all data and settings. - Go to your iPhone Settings then > iCloud.

- Wait for the backup to load and you are done.
- Resetting your device using iTunes backup will clear your passcode, allowing you to unlock your device. If you want to secure your device again, set a new passcode.
